Laisser mariner dans une temp\u00e9rature ambiante<\/p><p>Rissoler les amandes sans gras, couper la gousse d\u2018ail<\/p><p>M\u00e9langer du persil, de l\u2018ail, les amandes, du parmesan et de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive et ajouter du sel et du poivre au go\u00fbt<\/p><p>Coupez les truites en tranches et distribuez-les sur les betteraves rouge bien marin\u00e9es.
